Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a bowl.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract to the melted oil.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. In silicone molds, add a layer of the chocolate mixture.
  5. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
  6. Add a layer of sugar-free peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
  8. Freeze for another 30 minutes until fully set.
  9. Remove from molds and enjoy.
