Delicious keto-friendly peanut butter cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar-free peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in a bowl.
- Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract to the melted oil.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- In silicone molds, add a layer of the chocolate mixture.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
- Add a layer of sugar-free peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer.
- Top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes until fully set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
