Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Once firm, scoop out small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use almond butter for a different flavor.
