A creamy and flavorful lobster and crab dip inspired by Jack Astor’s recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Mix in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chopped lobster and flaked crab to the mixture.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- You can substitute imitation crab for real crab if desired.
- Serve with fresh vegetables for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
