A simple recipe for making buckeyes using peanut butter powder.

- 1 cup peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter powder and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed.
- Return the dipped balls to the baking sheet and let them set.
- Once set, enjoy your buckeyes!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for dipping.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
