A simple recipe to make delicious buckeyes at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- In a pot, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil over low heat.
- Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let them set at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a toothpick to dip for cleaner results.
- Adjust the chocolate for your desired thickness.
