- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to the melted butter.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Serve with remaining melted butter.
