- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Start by placing the lobster tails on a cutting board, shell side down.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top of the shell, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
- Use your fingers to loosen the meat from the shell.
- Lift the meat and lay it on top of the shell.
- Brush the meat with melted butter and lemon juice.
- Season with salt.
