Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate shavings.
