Description

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black-eyed peas and soak them overnight.

  3. Add the soaked black-eyed peas, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice and heat through before serving.
