A delicious and easy recipe for honey garlic shrimp bowls.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan, stir, and cook until veggies are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, marinate shrimp for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
