Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan, stir, and cook until veggies are tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
