Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup peppermint syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Heat over medium heat until warm.
- Add cocoa powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in peppermint syrup and vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to a bottle and refrigerate.
