Description

A delicious treat made with layers of chocolate and peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Spread melted dark chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.
  5. Pour white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  7. Chill until fully set, about 1 hour.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.
