Description
A classic New England sandwich filled with fresh lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Butter the outside of each hot dog bun.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the buns until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your preference.
