Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped herbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup diced vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and herbs.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut pastry into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each square.
  6. Add vegetables and bacon on top.
  7. Fold the pastry over and seal edges.
  8. Brush with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve warm.
