Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped herbs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup diced vegetables
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and herbs.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each square.
- Add vegetables and bacon on top.
- Fold the pastry over and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use any combination of vegetables.
- Can substitute bacon with sausage or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
- These can be made ahead and frozen.
