Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, black beans, corn, bell peppers, cheese, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
