Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, black beans, corn, bell peppers, cheese, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different protein source.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Top with avocado or cilantro for extra flavor.
