Description
Delicious Hershey’s thumbprint cookies filled with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Hershey’s chocolate kisses, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indent in the center of each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into each indent.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use different flavors of chocolate kisses for variety.
