Delicious heart-shaped rice crispy treats perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups rice crispy cereal
- Red food coloring
- Heart-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in a few drops of red food coloring.
- Remove from heat and stir in rice crispy cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased pan.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut out heart shapes using the cookie cutter.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add sprinkles for decoration.
