- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey.
- Add the dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, nuts, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter if preferred.
- Use different dried fruits for variety.
