Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and stir until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  7. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
