- 1 lb fresh lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the lobster tails.
- Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.

- Ensure lobster is cooked through but not overcooked.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
