Description
A creamy and healthy version of lobster bisque.
Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and shelled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add lobster meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in light cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Blend the soup until smooth.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh seafood stock for better flavor.
- Add herbs for extra taste.
- Adjust cream quantity to your preference.
