A healthier version of classic buckeyes made with nut butter and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats until combined.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Chill again until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use almond butter for a nut-free option.
