Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and stir until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate, coating completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter without added sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
