Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  3. Place a tortilla in another skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spread a portion of the beef mixture on half of the tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
