Delicious ground beef quesadillas filled with cheese and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Place a tortilla in another skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a portion of the beef mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Customize with additional vegetables if desired.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
