A simple and delicious recipe for grilled whole lobster.

- 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and lemon juice.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the tomalley and any other insides.
- Brush the lobster halves with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, shell side down.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use live lobsters for the best flavor.
- Adjust grilling time based on the size of the lobsters.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
