Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Split the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the tomalley and any other insides.
  4. Brush the lobster halves with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobsters on the grill, shell side down.
  6. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
