Grilled steak and asparagus kabobs are a delicious and easy meal perfect for summer grilling.

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add steak cubes and asparagus to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread steak and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on desired steak doneness.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
