- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- Brush the lobster meat with melted butter mixed with garlic and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the tails and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if frozen.
- Do not overcook the lobster to avoid toughness.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
