- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.

- Make sure to avoid overcooking the lobster.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges.
