  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
  6. Grill for 5-7 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
