Ingredients

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in the lime mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the salsa by combining avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
  5. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the avocado mango salsa.
