Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the lime mixture for 15 minutes.
- While the salmon is marinating, prepare the salsa by combining avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve the grilled salmon topped with the avocado mango salsa.

- Adjust lime juice to taste.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Feel free to add more spices to the salmon if desired.
