- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the tails and brush more garlic butter on top.
- Grill for an additional 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve with extra garlic butter.
