Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the tails and brush more garlic butter on top.
  7. Grill for an additional 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Remove from the grill and serve with extra garlic butter.
