Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Flip and grill for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
