Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic and lemon juice.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip and grill for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Ensure the lobster is fresh.
- Do not overcook the lobster.
- Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.
