- 2 giant lobsters (about 5 pounds each)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Brush the marinade over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, shell side down.
- Grill for about 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
