Description

Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the green beans.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the sliced almonds and toast until golden.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
