- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
