- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For fluffier biscuits, do not over-knead the dough.
