Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Toss the chicken wings in the sauce mixture.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove wings from the oven and toss with remaining sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Adjust the hot sauce quantity for desired spice level.
