Description

Gooey mozzarella biscuit bombs are delicious snacks filled with melted mozzarella cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each circle.
  6. Add a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling.
  8. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  9. Place the sealed biscuits on the baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
