Description
Gooey mozzarella biscuit bombs are delicious snacks filled with melted mozzarella cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each circle.
- Add a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the sealed biscuits on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- Experiment with different cheese types.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
