- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, butter, and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, herbs, and salt.
- Make a small indentation in each dough ball and fill with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
