Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic powder.
- Add shredded chicken, diced celery, and bell pepper. Stir until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread gluten free flour on a baking sheet.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place on the sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
