Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Add shredded cheese and diced vegetables to the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, olive oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
