Description

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
  6. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  7. Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Let them cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
