Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg; stir until combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and a splash of milk to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
