Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and egg; stir until combined.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and a splash of milk to make the glaze.
  11. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
