  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in flour, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  7. Pour batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
