Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Chop the cooked lobsters into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the scallions and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the lobster pieces.
- Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the lobster and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
