- 2 live lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cut the lobsters in half and place them in the pan with the sauce.
- Coat the lobsters well with the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
