Ingredients

  • 2 live lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
  3. Remove the lobsters and let them cool.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Cut the lobsters in half and place them in the pan with the sauce.
  9. Coat the lobsters well with the sauce.
  10. Garnish with green onions before serving.
