Instructions

  2. Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
  3. Carefully pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
