- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place wings on the smoker rack.
- Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush wings with barbecue sauce.
- Remove wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
