Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
