Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Skewer shrimp onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
