Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in the crock pot.
  2. Add shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  5. Stir occasionally until smooth and creamy.
