- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place cream cheese in the crock pot.
- Add shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir occasionally until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For spicier queso, add jalapeños.
- Can substitute cheeses based on preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
